Maximum Attention to the reduction of anomalies

Through the adoption of the FMEA Failure Mode and Effect Analysis Protocol, adopted by all car manufacturers, Livella Srl it is able to monitor critical issues (failures / anomalies / defects), identify any possible cause, and draw up a procedure to reduce their occurrence.
This documentation is part of the Flow chart, dimensional surveys, PSW and control plans, in the PPAP of the article.

During the production phase it is easy to understand how this set of behaviors and guidelines turns into greater efficiency and above all greater savings, thanks to the molding of increasingly precise pieces.

The reduction in the rate of non-compliance, which in 2015 reached the record figure of 0.001%, is the clear result of the adoption of the FMEA Protocol.

The management of raw materials is in compliance with the standards expressed for traceability and traceability in order to be able to trace the origin of any piece and its mechanical characteristics even after years.
